Game publisher CMON Limited expanded its workforce 30% in 2021 adding 13 employees in China and two in Singapore, where it is based.
According to its annual ESG report released May 27, the company had a total of 65 employees at the end of 2021 with a majority of those in Asia, including 30 in Singapore and 27 in China.
CMON employed eight people in the U.S. during that time period.
The number of women in the CMON workforce grew 33% from 2020, but men still outnumbered women 63% to 37%.
The company had reported three part-time workers in 2020, but all employees were reported as full-time in 2021.
Most of CMON’s employees fell into the 31 to 50 years age group again in 2021 with a total of 51 employees.
This age group grew 82% from 2020, while at the same time there were 50% fewer employees in the 30-year-old or younger group. This age group had the highest turnover.
The number of employee 51 years of age or older stayed consistent from 2020 to 2021.
