According to preliminary results, Hasbro shareholders have re-elected all 13 directors, including CEO Chris Cocks, during the company’s annual meeting held today.
The vote shuts out activist investor Alta Fox which called for change at the Rhode Island-based toy and game maker, including spinning off Wizards of the Coast.
Those re-elected are: Richard Stoddart, Kenneth Bronfin, Michael Burns, Hope Cochran, Chris Cocks, Lisa Gersh, Elizabeth Hamren, Blake Jorgensen, Tracy Leinbach, Edward Philip, Laurel Richie, Mary Beth West and Linda Zecher Higgins.
Final results will be filed with the SEC after certification by an independent audit.
