Randal Casson appointed to Games Workshop board

Randal Casson will join the Games Workshop board on July 1 as a non-executive director.

He will chair the Audit and Risk Committee replacing Elaine O’Donnell, who has been the interim since November 2021. He will also join the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Casson has 35 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and has been an audit partner at PwC for the past 22 years. He will retire from PwC on 30 June 2022.
