Flatout Games and Alderac Entertainment Group (AEG) partner on Verdant, Flatout’s newest game about houseplant collection and care.
AEG will assist in production, international licensing and retail sales.
This isn’t the first time the two companies have worked together. They companies co-published both of Flatout’s previous releases, Calico and Cascadia.
Cascadia has been nominated for the German Game of the Year.
With an MSRP of $39.99 the game will be available in North America through AEG’s retail network including direct sales from AEG’s online store, authorized wholesalers. It will also be available through AEG’s Alpha Store program.
Verdant was launched successfully on Kickstarter with 11,753 backers backing the project for a bit more than $340,000.
AEG said they don’t have a release date due to supply chain uncertainty in China.
